Today I'll be manning a table & peddling wares at a fundraiser for Creamer's Field Migratory Waterfowl Refuge: Two-in-one events actually, as there's both a "Wild Arts Walk" from noon - 4pm plus the "Quick Draw" challenge from 1:30 - 2:30pm (wherein I'll have an hour to do a painting + 15 minutes to frame before the item goes up for auction). $8 admission gets you a beverage and a locally made pastry, and the event(s) are hosted by Friends of Creamer's Field and sponsored by the generous contributions of Design Alaska.

It's been four years since the last time at this gig: besides numerous field trips to the Refuge, I've participated in many an occasion in support of this community treasure: a great cause with some good folks... stop on by!
