Alaska has a convoluted history with regards to the state's constitutional right to privacy butting heads with Federal legislation over draconian drug laws. Politicians perennially seek to overturn marijuana decriminalization, as if they, of all people, are the sort of characters who should be entrusted with "sending messages" to our youth.
