Critter Spot Illustrations

Here's a sampling of some of the pen & ink assignment that we reviewed in the drawing class yesterday (Intermediate + Beginning students):



Some very nice controlled usage of textures to create a range of values: impressive that these were done from reference sketches while on our field-trip to the UAF Museum of the North. Great hatching/cross-hatching technique, plus a spiffy stippled piece below:
