"Arctic Entryway"

I was recently interviewed for a documentary on artists in the arctic, and how our location and environment influences our work. I did an accompanying demo to show the process behind creating a particularly appropriate panel which dovetailed quite nicely with the topic at hand.

In other words, it was yet another cartoon whose subject matter dealt with particular aspects of living up north that most Outside folks probably have absolutely no idea. Come to think of it, I can't recall ever seeing an arctic entryway anywhere else in the Lower 48. Also there's no turtles up around our neck of the woods either (technically there are Loggerheads, Leatherbacks and Green Sea turtles off the coast, and also temporarily transplanted pets that - like a lotta folks - don't make it through the winter.
