Some of the very best times I've had have been listening to impromptu jams from random musicians that jut so happen to coalesce on a porch or around a stove. It always reminds me of many a long night spent drawing down in one of the infamous cellar studios ("
Tomb of the Unknown Cartoonist") back in New York ("
Old School"): sometimes a friend would hang out with their guitar, trying to emulate the current acoustic rage - usually something by the reigning king at the time
