I certainly am more guilty of this as of late given how much more time I am sitting in front of a computer monitor. There is a trade-off in being getting incrementally better at making art... through regrettably my current skill-set is closely tied with and reflected by both physique + constitution.
Another Faustian bargain is behind my complete loss in any ability to actually watch a movie (aside from an IMAX setting) without having to multitask ie whenever I work there's always either music playing in the background or streaming news or movie playing off to the side. At least I stopped with the multiple displays and just consolidated desktop real estate to one large screen.
