This would be the second season so far for me where the bleakness of winter meant mood swings going deeper and darker... remedied by supplements + sunshine. As of late there has also been many more moose encounters around our neck of the woods. And as I normally don't go for the therapeutic woo when it comes to art therapy, both drawing and looking at this particular panel cheers me up inside.
This would be an opportune time to commend and support (again) the recent actions by Sen John Fetterman's publically and openly sharing his seeking help for clinical depression. The stigma of something that so many suffer from is stupid.
