"Coal for Christmas"

A classic from the archives: even after all these years it's still one of my favorites. Originally drawn in 1998 or thereabouts - the Freeze•Frame tag was added on afterwards - the moiré pattern is a giveaway that this panel hearkens back to the days of Zip-A-Tone used for halftones.

A bittersweet reminder to remember how much we really have, and how much need there is for other folks.
