Speaking of Wall of Balloons: these folks are putting together a little gig in Fairbanks on Saturday, June 30th at the UAF Wood Center Lounge... I'll have a table at the event and be sitting in on a panel, maybe help out with a workshop... and special guest cartoonist Jeffrey Lewis will be there!
I saw Jeffrey Lewis at MeCAF last year and bought a CD. His collaborator on that music collection turns out to be a friend of my fiddle teacher.
