MAD MAD SCAD Events

Here's the latest lineup via SeqaLab. Things are ramping up for the National Cartoonists Society & MAD Magazine gigs that'll be happening in just a couple weeks here at SCAD: looks to be quite the stellar showcase of speakers and shows - like the Spy vs Spy one - and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity (especially for this transplanted Alaskan) to attend workshops and portfolio reviews with some of the biggest names in cartooning. Plus I'm signed up to be a volunteer helper for both Sam Viviano, art director for MAD, and Tom Richmond, illustrator/caricaturist, and will be schlepping samples and peddling wares at all the scheduled events. Hope to get some spiffy pictures and reports from all the events for posting!
