Fairbanks Daily News-Miner photographer John Wagner documented local talent Todd Sherman's creative expression while participating in a newly added and novel feature to this year's annual "Wild Arts Walk."
Artists had one hour to complete a work which went up for auction as a fundraiser for both the Fairbanks Summer Arts Festival and Friends of Creamer’s Field. I had to decline this year due to scheduling conflicts, and besides, allowing cartoonists to join in would have been manifestly unfair to the competition.
Probably the best action shot of an artist gnawing his tools in contemplation (or stress release) to ever appear in our paper.
