Might actually whip some of these up in the spring ... nothing like mixing up some high & low culture through a little arctic biology + art history. Though my last experiment with shellacking nuggets went horribly awry after drying them in the oven: never leave pans of toasted nuggets laying around, and never ever temporarily store them in pretty little ceramic side dishes. Especially next to toothpicks.
